Cocktail Recipe

  • 30ml Pimms
  • 20ml Ford’s Gin
  • 10ml Stones Ginger Wine
  • 20ml Celery juice
  • 60ml Artisan Classic London Tonic

Method

Build over cubed ice, stir and add the Artisan Classic London Tonic

Garnish

Cucumber strip, glass swizzle stick, sugured ginger, de-hydrated lime wheel

Cocktail Recipe

  • 50ml Star of Bombay Gin
  • 15ml Homemade lime cordial
    (1000ml water. 3 whole limes peeled rested in a suvee at 40d for 1hr. Add 3gram citric acid, 30gram white sugar, stir, strain and serve cold)
  • 5ml Sage distillate
  • 30ml Artisan Skinny London Tonic

Method

Add all ingredients in a shaker with cubed ice, shake and strain

Garnish

Sage leaf, carved ice block (chipped)

  • 30ml Portobello Road Gin
  • 20ml Regal Rogue Lively White
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 10ml Crème de Violette
  • 5ml Le Fé Absinthe
  • 10ml Egg white
  • 60ml Artisan Violet Blossom Tonic

Method

Add all ingredients in a shaker, dry shake, wet shake and top with Artisan Violet Blossom Tonic

  • 60ml Ocho Reposado Tequila
  • 3 Drops Habernero Bitters
  • 5ml Agave
  • 30ml Artisan Barrel Smoked Cola

Method

Add all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir with cubed ice & strain
over a large cube

Garnish

Smoked salt rim, lime zest
